This is freaking true. Research does prove the middle-class is worse at communication as well as empathy. They’re raised to be competitive, individualistic, yet hyperconforming.

Working class environments are much more down to Earth. Petty squabbles were fewer and far in-between whereas in middle class ones, people are constantly on the hunt to humiliate others.

If you had a problem, people are more direct and less judgmental. People didn’t run to their manager to handle their problems like punk babies. But that’s the default in corporate.
