To clarify, for me it’s less about “do better” and more about how power sustains itself in the manufactured scarcity of capitalism in a dominance society on steroids.

Everything is a power grab actively or passively. Plenty of Black liberals are all too happy to sell-out the Black working class for a seat at the table or even just scraps.

White supremacy will die out as the White population shrinks, but it’s just as likely that another group, likely non-Black LatinX, can just take their place. The downside of a diverse nation with our history — many fctions with different and often competing needs makes things challenging.

Some people will act with as much integrity as possible but for most, it’s easier to fight for their place in a corrupt system than endeavor to build a new one from scratch.
