True. Although this is unfair and unrealistic advice. We both know most leaders are weak. It’s like musical chairs out there and most of us will get stuck with some flaccid wet noodle. But sure, don’t necessarily consign yourself to one these time goblins. Try to get a “good leader” chair before the music stops — just don’t beat yourself up if there’s no seats left
