We're on the same page. To clarify, I meant agile as in big "A" as in industry.
The practical drawbacks of commercialized frameworks perceived is superiority by leaders and orgs - and even agile CoEs - that ironically impedes adaption to the situation over being "correct."
"Working on the wrong thing...." Reminds me of when I onboarded onto a team with 1000+ Test Track items (features? Stories? Tasks?) dating back to 4 years.
"... or working on everything." I feel getting that under control shaved a year off of my life lol.
